⚠️ IMPORTANT: Saatvik Masala ke SAARE products NON-REFUNDABLE hain. Yeh food products hain aur ek baar ship ho jaane ke baad return ya refund possible nahi hai. Kripya order place karne se pehle details dhyan se padhein.

1. No Refund Policy

Saatvik Masala food products (masale) sell karta hai. Hygiene, food safety aur quality standards ki wajah se, hum kisi bhi purchased product par refund ya return accept NAHI karte.

Yeh policy Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ke provisions ke saath comply karti hai jo perishable/food items ke liye applicable hai.

Hum sirf following specific cases mein replacement offer karte hain — refund nahi:

  1. Delivery ke time check karein — Product receive karte waqt packaging dhyan se check karein.
  2. 24 ghante ke andar report karein — Agar koi issue ho toh delivery ke 24 ghante ke andar humse contact karein. Late complaints accept nahi ki jaayengi.
  3. Evidence bhejein — Issue ka clear photo/video WhatsApp ya email par bhejein: product ka photo (damage visible ho), packaging ka photo (seal/tamper visible ho), aur order number clearly mention karein.
  4. Review — Hum 48-72 ghante mein aapki complaint review karenge aur decision inform karenge.
  5. Replacement — Agar complaint valid hogi, replacement product dispatch karenge. Replacement ka option ek baar hi milega.
